We are delighted to announce that Mohamed R. Elmasryย has successfully completed his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineeringย at Sungkyunkwan University! ๐ฐโจ
His doctoral research, titled โIntegrated Colorimetric and Fluorescent Assay Using Gold Nanobipyramids and UCNPs for Tyrosinase-based Melanoma Diagnosticsโ, focused on developing an innovative dual-mode biosensor for ultra-sensitive and selective melanoma detection.

It's always inspiring to see such high-level research coming out of the BSEL lab at SKKU. Developing ultra-sensitive detection methods is so critical for early cancer diagnosis.
